We believe that sustainable outdoor activities, such as mountain biking, gravel riding, kayaking and hiking, can help older adults improve their lives. This site is designed to help motivate the after 55 crowd to get started making small but important lifestyle changes. We will help you on your journey to find happiness, long term weight loss and an activity regiment that will keep you going into your 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and beyond!
