Moreover, the fact that I need to be in shape to enjoy my travel vacations is certainly a factor in keeping active. In addition I believe it really helps with weight loss.
For Example, suppose you like to travel to new cities or countries. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could walk through an entire village or town? By starting today and forcing yourself to walk further each day, you may be able to walk anywhere and everywhere. Certainly, you don’t want to get stuck on a tour bus, looking out the window, just because you refused to walk around your hometown! Start slowly and do as much as you can. But keep in mind that you should be increasing your fitness each and every day.
